The form provided can be used to submit any documents to RMED.
Please ensure file document names are descriptive” such as RMED Strategy.doc or RMED org chart.pdf. We anticipate receiving many files – this will help us identify your community and documents easier.
- Max File Upload is 256mb
- Where possible multiple files should be combined into a single zip folder
