Pre-approved Short-term Contractor

Key Responsibilities: RMED maintains a pre-qualified list of contractors to support small short-term projects. Projects may encompass areas such as:

  • Office administration including vacation coverage, office organization, bulk mailing, filing.
  • Event planning and management
  • Document review, editing, formatting
  • Grant writing
  • Project management
  • Meeting facilitation
  • Data entry
  • Research and data analysis.

How to Apply: To apply for pre-approved contractor status please submit the following to careers@rmedcorp.ca:

  • Resume and/or company overview including key staff profiles.
  • Details of your fee structure.
  • Description of the scope and nature of activities for which you would be interested in being considered for future work.
Pre-approved vendors will be asked to provide quotes as specific projects are identified.
